This is a hands-on field position working at homes, apartments, businesses, storage facilities, and job sites throughout our service area. Crew members help complete each job safely, respectfully, and efficiently from arrival through final cleanup.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, load, unload, and safely secure furniture, appliances, debris, and general household or commercial items.
- Protect walls, floors, doors, customer property, and work areas during removal.
- Support cleanouts, junk removal, hauling, small moves, and approved light-demolition work.
- Separate recyclable materials or items requiring specialized handling when directed.
- Sweep and leave the work area orderly after loading is complete.
- Communicate respectfully with customers, coworkers, and site contacts.
Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy or awkward items and perform physical work with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in changing weather and site conditions.

This role processes goods brought back from cleanouts. The goal is to move items efficiently into the right next step—recycling, material recovery, donation, storage, or responsible disposal—while keeping the processing area safe and organized.
Primary Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, sort, label, and stage items from completed hauls.
- Separate reusable goods, recyclable material, scrap, donations, and disposal items using company guidelines.
- Identify materials suitable for recycling, recovery, donation, or specialized handling.
- Maintain orderly inventory, clear aisles, and clean work surfaces.
- Photograph or document selected goods when requested.
- Help load outbound donations, recycling, recovery, and disposal material.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize household and commercial goods with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and comfort making consistent sorting decisions.
